Capable of handling units at the Sheffield location up to 4000kg/180cubic metres Materials such as Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium or a hybridization of materials can be utilized in many formats to optimize performance and durability. High integrity jointing techniques such as Tig, Mig Mag, Soft Soldering, Silver Soldering, Brazing, Roller Expansion and Adhesives are selected to suit the materials and application. Our products are individually tested to ensure the quality and conformity. Standard internal tests include hydraulic pressure testing, pneumatic pressure testing, die and penetrant testing. We also utilize external third parties for the testing of materials, joints and independent pressure testing verification.
